Matt Darak

A native of Long Island, NY, Matt and his family have been residents of Bradenton since 2020. Matt’s background is in Financial Services and Corporate Banking. He and his wife Nicole, married for 20 years, are avid real estate investors. They enjoy spending family time with their four children and traveling to new destinations. Matt is a graduate of West Point Military Academy and served in the Army as an Intelligence Officer, including a combat deployment to Iraq, where he was awarded the Bronze Star. Driven by his deep love for Christ, Matt’s goal is to make a profound impact for God’s kingdom.

James Roadman

A native of Cocoa Beach Florida, James and his family have been residents of Anna Maria Island since 2018.  James owns Solid Rock Construction Group, which includes Solid Rock Electrical Services and Solid Rock HVAC. He also has been in Real Estate  in Hillsborough and Manatee Counties for many years.  James’ combined skills in real estate and construction has elevated his ability to identify excellent real estate properties and quality craftsmanship in construction. James and Katy have been married for over 20 years and have 5 amazing children. James loves playing and coaching soccer and football at the Center of Anna Maria.  James and Katy are advocates for adoption and fostering, and James is on the board of the No More Foundation that works to protect the most vulnerable in our society. Sterling Worth

A native of Dallas, Texas, Sterling and his family have been residents of Anna Maria Island since 2020. Sterling’s background is commercial and multi-family real estate investment throughout Texas and the Southeast on behalf of institutions, family offices and high net worth individuals. When he’s not working, he loves hanging out with his family and friends, dreaming of the mountains (he married a beach girl), commiserating over Texas A&M football, playing guitar and spending time on the water.

I recently moved back to Bradenton, Florida from Charlotte, North Carolina where I was born and raised and am eager to continue my Real Estate journey with Reel Coastal Properties. As an Air Force Veteran with a cyber security background, I bring a strong sense of discipline and dedication to everything I do, whether it’s in my professional career or my personal passions. Outside of work, I am an avid football fan (Go, Carolina Panthers!), video game enthusiast and committed to staying fit through weight lifting. I treasure the time spent with my wonderful wife and our two beautiful daughters, ages 3 and 1. Above all, my profound love for Christ guides my life and my work, inspiring me to live with integrity and purpose every day.

Born in the hills of Tennessee but raised on the beautiful beaches of Florida, I’m happy to call Bradenton/Sarasota my home! Having a degree in Business Administration I spent 7 years working in the corporate medical field as a Financial Counselor. In 2017 I took the leap and navigated my way through new waters of the construction world! Working for a small family owned custom home builder on Anna Maria, I have walked alongside of families from all around the world as they make dreams on paper become a living reality!  The joy and excitement that comes with the final product brings so much joy to my heart and that’s my goal when it comes to Real Estate. In my free time, my husband and I enjoy our time together having weekly family dinners, visiting local farmers markets, traveling and making the most out of this life we get to live!

Hailing from the Pacific Northwest, Karen and her family answered the call to move from Boise to Bradenton in 2022 when her husband accepted a promising school ministry position. The Lee’s brought their four teenagers and two poodles to settle here, and are enjoying their new island life in Florida more than they ever imagined! With a business background of running her own fashion company for 20+ years, Karen brings effective communication, enthusiasm, genuine friendship (plus a little glitter) to every human connection she makes. Her Communications degree from LMU prepared her for the various roles she has excelled in throughout her life. But at the heart of it all, her passion has always been to help people and give God the glory in all that she does. A perfect vacation day for Karen would include an iced lavender latte, a Pickleball victory (anywhere, anytime!), and a sunset on the beach with her family. Karen is thrilled to join our team and make your dreams come true in a new home in the sunshine state!

Jaime Kent

Jaime Kent is a Midwest boy who’s grew up wanting to be a super hero. And with the last name Kent – who can blame him! He’s got a heart of gold and a passion for helping others that drives everything he does. He’s spent the last 13 years running a nonprofit that helps orphans, children in foster care, and victims of human trafficking find safe and loving homes AND in 2024 he joined the Reel Coastal Team, in what seems like a natural fit, to help families find their dream home. With his quick wit and warm personality, Jaime makes everyone feel like family. He and his wife Tami have been married for 30 years and they have 3 grown sons and 2 bonus daughters. When he’s not off saving the world, in his free time you’ll most likely find him soaking in the FL rays at the beach or watching football – Go Hawks! If you’re wanting to trade the snowplow for the beach chair, he’s your guy!
